For anyone going through a challenging or unsettling period — a life transition, a loss, a change, a moment of doubt. But also for those who are doing well and simply want to step back, understand themselves better, or work on personal growth in a structured way.
What we work on together
Each session is a confidential space to explore what you are going through, at your own pace. Depending on your situation, we may work on:
- Understanding your emotions and reactions
- Managing stress, anxiety or sleep difficulties
- Life transitions — professional, family or personal
- Building your inner resources and self-awareness
My approach
I draw on tools from humanistic, cognitive behavioural and positive psychology traditions. The goal is not to provide a diagnosis, but to offer concrete support towards greater clarity and wellbeing.
Practical information
- Duration: 50 minutes
- Fee: CHF 150
- In person in Lausanne
- Online — invoiced in advance, session confirmed upon receipt of payment
- Sessions are not covered by basic Swiss health insurance (LAMal). Partial reimbursement may be available through supplementary insurance — please check with your provider.
